PAYMENT INFORMATION
Deposit: To confirm the booking of services, a deposit of at least 35% of the total amount is required.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the date of the experience.
Last-minute bookings: For bookings made less than 14 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Shared Tours: Free cancellation with 100% refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Private Tours: Full refund for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the start of the tour.
Penalties: Beyond these deadlines, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount paid will be applied, except in cases of proven force majeure.
